Jason Boxer

Mr. Boxer has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. He began his career as a real estate attorney at Battle Fowler LLP, then became Vice President of Real Estate for Loews Corporation and then a principal within private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners. Mr. Boxer joined Estreich & Company in 2011. As a principal of the firm, he has placed over $12.5 Billion in first mortgage loans, preferred equity, mezzanine debt and joint-venture equity for all commercial property types including office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hotels.

Mr. Boxer holds a JD from New York University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Oleg Feldsher

Since joining Estreich & Company in 2007, Mr. Feldsher has been responsible for due diligence, marketing and has worked on the placement of over $1 billion in real estate financing secured by all property types throughout North America.

Mr. Feldsher is a licensed real estate salesperson and holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Sal Torre

Mr. Torre is responsible for arranging debt and equity for Estreich & Company’s clients as well as creating and maintaining institutional relationships. He serves as a partner within the newly-formed Capital Alliance Advisors between Estreich and Ashworth Mortgage Corp.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Torre spent eight years at Bank of America, most recently serving as a managing director of Northeast Originations for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. During his tenure at Bank of America he was responsible for originating over $5 billion of loans for securitization. Prior to working at Bank of America, Mr. Torre spent eight years at the former Chase Manhattan Bank, where he began his career in commercial real estate finance.

Mr. Torre holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.

Chris Barnet

Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Barnet has been responsible for analysis, marketing and placement of over $5 billion in financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.

Mr. Barnet graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a BS in Marketing and Finance in 2003 and attended New York University’s Masters in Real Estate Program from 2005-2006.

Mr. Barnet is the co-founder of a national not-for-profit called For the Love of George which he started in 2003 with his brother Alex Barnet in honor of their late grandfather George R. Irivin. The organization is dedicated to raising money for the millions of individuals who have had or are living with Alzheimer’s disease, their families, and their caregivers. Mr. Barnet is an active golfer, skier and triathlete.

Since 2020, Chris has raised over $250,000 for autism and cancer research by running in sanctioned and non sanctioned ultra-marathons throughout the country in a single day,
including The Leadville 100 “Race Across the Sky”-considered the hardest 100-mile ultra-marathon on the planet.

Aram Pehlivanian

Mr. Pehlivanian is a Managing Director at Estreich & Company. He is responsible for business origination, institutional banking relationships, and the arranging of debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His background includes experience in construction project management, portfolio management, investment sales, and mortgage banking.

Mr. Pehlivanian’s credentials include an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a JD/MBA in Finance from The University of Akron, and a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is a frequent guest lecturer on real estate finance at New York University, a licensed broker in the state of New York and a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.

Carl Amorosino

Mr. Amorosino is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Amorosino has been responsible for origination, analysis, marketing, and placement of over $6 billion in financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.
