Chris Barnet

Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Barnet has been responsible for analysis, marketing and placement of over $5 billion in financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.

Mr. Barnet graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a BS in Marketing and Finance in 2003 and attended New York University’s Masters in Real Estate Program from 2005-2006.

Mr. Barnet is the co-founder of a national not-for-profit called For the Love of George which he started in 2003 with his brother Alex Barnet in honor of their late grandfather George R. Irivin. The organization is dedicated to raising money for the millions of individuals who have had or are living with Alzheimer’s disease, their families, and their caregivers. Mr. Barnet is an active golfer, skier and triathlete.

Since 2020, Chris has raised over $250,000 for autism and cancer research by running in sanctioned and non sanctioned ultra-marathons throughout the country in a single day,
including The Leadville 100 “Race Across the Sky”-considered the hardest 100-mile ultra-marathon on the planet.

Aram Pehlivanian

Mr. Pehlivanian is a Managing Director at Estreich & Company. He is responsible for business origination, institutional banking relationships, and the arranging of debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His background includes experience in construction project management, portfolio management, investment sales, and mortgage banking.

Mr. Pehlivanian’s credentials include an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a JD/MBA in Finance from The University of Akron, and a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is a frequent guest lecturer on real estate finance at New York University, a licensed broker in the state of New York and a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.

Carl Amorosino

Mr. Amorosino is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Amorosino has been responsible for origination, analysis, marketing, and placement of over $6 billion in financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.

Len Novick

Since joining Estreich & Company in 2001, Mr. Novick has successfully completed over $6 billion in equity and debt financing secured by shopping centers, office, multifamily, retail and single-tenant net leased properties. In addition, Mr. Novick has extensive experience in note and property sales, land acquisition, construction and note financing.

Prior to joining Estreich & Company, Mr. Novick ran the investment sales department at Garrick-Aug Associates in Manhattan, specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers as well as single-tenant net leased properties.

Mr. Novick has chaired multiple charity events benefiting The Lustgarten Foundation, raising awareness and critically needed funds for pancreatic cancer research.

Mr. Novick is a member on the board of directors of the Jordan Matthew Porco Foundation, whose mission is to help prevent suicide among college age students.

Mr. Novick obtained a BA from Syracuse University.

Patrick McDonnell

Firm Principal Patrick McDonnell has successfully closed over $20 billion in debt secured by all property types. Formerly a vice president at D.B.G. Property Corporation, Mr. McDonnell refinanced and disposed of 18 transactions totaling $74 million. He also acquired eight properties aggregating over $90 million.

Prior to joining D.B.G., he worked as an acquisition analyst at Gestam Incorporated and as a real estate associate for Merrill Lynch. Mr. McDonnell holds a BA in economics from Iona College.

Jon Estreich

Since founding Estreich & Company in 1986, Jonathan Estreich has successfully placed over $55 billion in debt and equity secured by office, retail, residential, industrial and hotel properties. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Estreich was the head of real estate for New York City at National Westminster Bank USA, and a loan officer at Mellon Bank. Mr. Estreich holds a BA in history from Trinity College.

Mr. Estreich along with Jeffrey Feil, Jay Anderson, Ramius Capital, and Morton Olshan is a founding partner in the RCG Longview debt and equity funds. The first fund was started in 1999 and over the last sixteen years they have established five debt and two equity funds. The funds have raised over $3.5 billion and originated over 450 transactions.
