Mr. Duncan is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Mr. Duncan graduated from the University of Dublin, Trinity College with a BA in History and Politics.
Mr. Feeney brings to the team more than 25 years of extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate services. John founded JM Feeney & Associates with a mission to fill a need for more competitive debt financing for office, industrial and retail properties in the Boston area, and since then has personally negotiated the sourcing and placement of more than $2 billion in debt and equity services for his clients.
Mr. Feeney’s entrepreneurial spirit and track record of success in delivering creative debt and equity solutions make him an ideal fit as Capital Alliance Advisors continues their expansion in the Greater Boston market.
Mr. Ashworth has been a mortgage broker since 1982 specializing in the placement of debt and equity for the commercial real estate industry. He is the founding partner of Ashworth Mortgage Corp. Throughout his many years in the business, Mr. Ashworth has been responsible for the successful structure involving debt and/or equity of hundreds of transactions amounting to well in excess of several billion dollars in placements.
Among his many community interests, Mr. Ashworth currently serves as an overseer for the Newton Wellesley Hospital and has also served on the Board of Advisors for the New England Sinai Hospital. Mr. Ashworth has been a longtime member of REFA, ICSC, and MBA.
Mr. Ashworth is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and resides in Needham, M.A., with his wife Beverly.
Mr. Zaro is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing, secured by all property types, throughout the United States.
Mr. Zaro graduated with a BA from Syracuse University.
Mr. Allerhand is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.
Mr. Allerhand graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.
Mr. Brooks is responsible for helping arrange debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Prior to joining Estreich & Company in 2014, Mr. Brooks was a financial advisor with MassMutual Financial Group.
Mr. Brooks holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
